Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Valley Buffalos (Orderville, UT) and the visiting Altamont Longhorns (Altamont, UT), saw Valley's baseball squad knock off Altamont by a count of 12-2.

Coming up next, the Buffalos play the Piute Thunderbirds (Junction, UT) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 6. Valley will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 15-0 non-league win over Diamond Ranch Academy (Hurricane, UT).
