In Saturday's non-league contest, the Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Rome Wolves (Rome, GA), by a margin of 11-1.
With the triumph, Model moves its record to 1-2 on the year. The Blue Devils host Chattooga (Summerville, GA) to play the Indians in a non-league contest on Tuesday, August 8. The Indians come into the contest with a record of 0-0.
