Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Cedar Valley Aviators (Eagle Mountain, UT) and the host American Heritage Patriots (American Fork, UT), saw Cedar Valley's soccer squad hold off American Heritage by a count of 1-0.
The Aviators (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Orem (Orem, UT). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Orem was edged by Snow Canyon (St. George, UT), 6-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Patriots confront the Uintah Utes (Vernal, UT) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, August 8. American Heritage will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Utes enter the battle with a 1-0 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Salt Lake Academy (Herriman, UT).
