The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Union County Panthers (Blairsville, GA) and the visiting Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy (Winder, GA), observed Union County's softball team prevail over Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy by a tally of 15-0.

The Panthers (2-1) will now prepare for their bout against Grayson (Loganville, GA). The Rams go into the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Grayson knocked off Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA), 10-2, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the clash with the Towns County Indians (Hiawassee, GA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, August 11. Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 7-6 non-league loss to Rabun County (Tiger, GA).
