Next, the Trojans play the Marion County Eagles (Buena Vista, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 12. Lamar County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Miller County (Colquitt, GA).

The Blue Devils (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Calvary Christian (Columbus, GA). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Calvary Christian overcame Stratford Academy (Macon, GA), 9-0, in a non-league challenge.
