The Trion Bulldogs routed the host Model Blue Devils softball squad by a final score of 16-1 in Monday's non-league battle.

The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Haralson County (Tallapoosa, GA). The Rebels go into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Haralson County was routed by LaGrange (LaGrange, GA), 8-0, in a non-league battle.

The Blue Devils now possess a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Pepperell for a non-league battle on Wednesday, August 10. Model will meet a Dragons squad coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Paulding County (Dallas, GA). The Dragons record now stands at 1-0.
