Grant County Braves (Dry Ridge, KY) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Bluegrass United Bluehawks (Lexington, KY), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Braves confront the Holy Cross Indians (Covington, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 15. Grant County will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.

The Bluehawks now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Prestonsburg for a non-league challenge on Friday, August 11.
