The Dobie Longhorns volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Sterling Rangers to 0 in the Longhorns non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Longhorns now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Goose Creek Memorial for a non-league game on Friday, August 11. Dobie will meet a Patriots team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Northbrook (Houston, TX). The Patriots record now stands at 2-2.

The Rangers (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Humble (Humble, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Humble dropped by Foster (Richmond, TX), 2-0, in a non-league game.
