The Lone Peak Knights soccer squad scored 7 points and held the visiting Timpview Thunderbirds to 1 in the Knights non-league victory on Thursday.

The Knights now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Maple Mountain for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 13. Lone Peak will play a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Corner Canyon (Draper, UT). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Timpview moves to 0-2 on the year. The Thunderbirds host Mountain View (Orem, UT) to play the Bruins in a non-league bout on Friday, August 16. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 1-0.
