Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Mountain Crest Mustangs (Hyrum, UT) and the visiting Box Elder Bees (Brigham City, UT), saw Mountain Crest's soccer squad hold off Box Elder by a count of 1-0.

The Mustangs (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Corner Canyon (Draper, UT). The Chargers enter the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Corner Canyon tipped Riverton (Riverton, UT), 6-5, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Bees confront the Green Canyon Wolves (North Logan, UT) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 12. Box Elder will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Wolves enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Fremont (Plain City, UT).
