The Vikings now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Thomas County Central for a non-league game on Monday, August 11. Lowndes will play a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 10-2 non-league win over Southwest Georgia Academy (Damascus, GA). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 1-0.
