Calvary Day School Cougars (Winston-Salem, NC) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting St. David's Warriors (Raleigh, NC), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Calvary Day School advances its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Charlotte Latin (Charlotte, NC) to play the Hawks in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 9. The Hawks come into the outing with a record of 0-0.

With the loss, St. David's drops to 0-5 on the season. The Warriors host Gaston Christian (Gastonia, NC) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Saturday, August 9. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 0-0.
