With the win, San Juan advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Broncos travel to North Sanpete (Mt. Pleasant, UT) to face the Hawks in a non-league test on Friday, August 15. The Hawks go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Cougars now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grantsville for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 12. Union will face a Cowboys squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Jordan (Sandy, UT). The Cowboys record now stands at 1-0.
