In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host Allen Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Pearce Mustangs.

The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against V.R. Eaton (Fort Worth, TX). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, V.R. Eaton achieved victory over Grapevine (Grapevine, TX), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Mustangs clash with the Hallsville Bobcats (Hallsville, TX) in a non-league battle, on Friday, August 12. Pearce will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Bobcats come into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Rains (Emory, TX).
