Juan Diego Catholic Soaring Eagle (Draper, UT) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting St. Joseph Jayhawks (Ogden, UT), 4-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Soaring Eagle confront the Hillcrest Huskies (Midvale, UT) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 14. Juan Diego Catholic will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Huskies enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to Fremont (Plain City, UT).
The Jayhawks now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bear River for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 15. St. Joseph will confront a Bears team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Ben Lomond (Ogden, UT). The Bears record now stands at 2-1.
