Georgia High School Softball - Screven County bounces Evans

The Screven County Gamecocks routed the visiting Evans Knights softball squad by a count of 8-0 in Wednesday's non-league battle.

The Gamecocks (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Jenkins County (Millen, GA). The War Eagles go into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Jenkins County was routed by Bryan County (Pembroke, GA), 7-5, in a non-league battle.

The Knights now sport a 3-2 record. They play next when they host South Effingham for a 6A Region 2 battle on Tuesday, August 15.
