The Lassiter Trojans (Marietta, GA) softball routed the visiting North Paulding Wolfpack (Dallas, GA), 6-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Trojans (1-0) will now prepare for their bout against Pope (Marietta, GA). The Greyhounds go into the 6A Region 7 bout with a 4-0 record.
The Wolfpack now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Creekview for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 10. North Paulding will confront a Grizzlies squad coming off a 9-3 non-league win over West Forsyth (Cumming, GA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 1-0.
