The Pearl City Chargers football squad scored 54 points and limited the host Kohala Cowboys to 27 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Chargers now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kaiser for a non-league test on Friday, August 15.
With the defeat, Kohala drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Cowboys travel to Waiakea (Hilo, HI) to clash with the Warriors in a Big Island I test on Saturday, September 6. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 0-1.
