In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the McDonough Warhawks.

The (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Franklin County (Carnesville, GA). The Lions enter the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Franklin County achieved victory over Elbert County (Elberton, GA), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Warhawks now own a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madison County for a non-league test on Saturday, August 9. McDonough will face a Red Raiders squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Loganville Christian Academy (Loganville, GA). The Red Raiders record now stands at 3-1.
