Gaston Christian Eagles (Gastonia, NC) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Coastal Christian Centurions (Wilmington, NC), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Gaston Christian advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to St. David's (Raleigh, NC) to face the Warriors in a non-league test on Saturday, August 9. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Centurions now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Topsail for a non-league test on Thursday, August 14.
