Hillcrest Trojans (Riverside, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Ganesha Giants (Pomona, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Hillcrest upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Serrano (Phelan, CA) to play the Diamondbacks in a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 9. The Diamondbacks come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next, the Giants play the Arroyo Knights (El Monte, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 13. Ganesha will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Knights go into the test with a 0-2 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Sierra Vista (Baldwin Park, CA).
