Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Little Rock HomeSchool Flames (Little Rock, AR) and the host Veritas Christian Eagles (Lawrence, KS), observed Little Rock HomeSchool's volleyball team hold off Veritas Christian by a count of 2-1.

The Flames (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Metro Warriors (Omaha, NE). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Metro Warriors got by St. Louis Christian HomeSchool (St. Louis, MO), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Cornerstone Family Saints (Topeka, KS) in a non-league battle, on Monday, August 25. Veritas Christian will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
