California High School Football - Hesperia prevails Barstow

The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the Hesperia Scorpions (Hesperia, CA) and the visiting Barstow Aztecs (Barstow, CA), observed Hesperia's football squad defeat Barstow by a count of 36-7.

The Scorpions now own a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Yucaipa for a non-league contest on Friday, September 9. Hesperia will encounter a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 28-0 non-league win over Temescal Canyon (Lake Elsinore, CA). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 1-2.

Coming up next, the Aztecs encounter the Indian Springs COYOTES (San Bernardino, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 8. Barstow will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The COYOTES go into the contest with a 3-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Indio (Indio, CA).
