In Thursday's non-league match, the host Brandywine Bobcats football squad scored a big 46-0 victory over the Beatty Rangers.

In their next game, the Bobcats clash with the Saugatuck Trailblazers (Saugatuck, MI) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 9. Brandywine will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Trailblazers enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 20-7 non-league win over Lakeview (Lakeview, MI).
