North Carolina High School Football - Hobbton routs East Columbus

The Hobbton Wildcats football squad scored 47 points and restricted the visiting East Columbus Gators to 6 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Thursday.

The Wildcats now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spring Creek for a non-league battle on Friday, September 9. Hobbton will face a Gators squad coming off a 28-6 non-league loss to Bear Grass Charter (Williamston, NC). The Gators record now stands at 1-2.

Coming up next, the Gators face the West Bladen Knights (Bladenboro, NC) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 9. East Columbus will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 0-3 record after their 62-0 non-league loss to South Brunswick (Southport, NC).
