The South Bulldogs football squad scored 34 points and restricted the host Whetstone Braves to 2 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Africentric Early College for a Columbus City - South battle on Friday, September 9. South will play a Nubians squad coming off a 32-0 non-league win over Mifflin (Columbus, OH). The Nubians record now stands at 1-1.
