The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the Canyon View Falcons (Cedar City, UT) and the visiting Millard Eagles (Fillmore, UT), observed Canyon View's football squad defeat Millard by a count of 41-20.

The Falcons now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Beaver for a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 6. Canyon View will encounter a Beavers squad coming off a 36-7 non-league win over Tooele (Tooele, UT). The Beavers record now stands at 1-0.

Coming up next, the Eagles encounter the North Summit Braves (Coalville, UT) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 13. Millard will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
