In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Wake Forest Cougars volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Enloe Eagles.
The Cougars (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Broughton (Raleigh, NC). The Capitals come into the non-league battle with a 1-6 record. In their last battle, Broughton was edged by Heritage (Wake Forest, NC), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
