The Mater Dei Catholic Crusaders volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host O'Farrell Charter Falcons to 0 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Thursday.

The Crusaders now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Otay Ranch for a game on Thursday, September 29.

The Falcons (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Fallbrook (Fallbrook, CA). The Warriors enter the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Fallbrook defeated Victory Christian Academy (Chula Vista, CA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
