The North Paulding Wolfpack softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Woodstock Wolverines to 0 in the Wolfpack non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, North Paulding improves its record to 9-1 on the year. The Wolfpack host South Paulding (Douglasville, GA) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league game on Tuesday, September 6. The Spartans come into the game with a record of 6-4.

In their next game, the Wolverines clash with the Creekview Grizzlies (Canton, GA) in a 6A Region 6 game, on Tuesday, September 6. Woodstock will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Grizzlies come into the game with a 8-1 record after their 8-0 league win over River Ridge (Woodstock, GA).
