Alabama High School Volleyball - Florence Central

The Central Wildcats volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Florence Falcons to 0 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Thursday.

The Wildcats now possess a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Deshler for a 4A Area 16 game on Thursday, September 8. Central will meet a Tigers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Hatton (Town Creek, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 8-2.

The Falcons (5-12) will now prepare for their game against Lawrence County (Moulton, AL). The Red Devils enter the non-league game with a 9-8 record. In their last game, Lawrence County defeated Haleyville (Haleyville, AL), 2-1, in a non-league game.
