Georgia High School Volleyball - Oakwood Christian tips Model

September 1, 2022: Rome, GA 30161

The Oakwood Christian Eagles (Chickamauga, GA) volleyball nudged the host Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA), 2-1 in Thursday's non-league outing.

With the win, Oakwood Christian upgrades its record to 10-9 on the year. The Eagles travel to Tennessee Christian Prep (Cleveland, TN) to face the Hawks in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 6. The Hawks go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Tennessee Christian Prep lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Apostolic Christian (Maryville, TN)

The Blue Devils now own a 12-13 record. They play next when they travel to Trion for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 8. Model will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Darlington (Rome, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-7.
