In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Santa Rosa Panthers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Piner Prospectors.
The Panthers (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA). The Dragons come into the non-league battle with a 5-2 record. In their last battle, Bishop O'Dowd achieved victory over Moreau Catholic (Hayward, CA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Prospectors clash with the Maria Carrillo Pumas (Santa Rosa, CA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 13. Piner will attempt to advance on its 0-10 season record.
