North Carolina High School Football - North Rowan defeats Anson

September 1, 2023: Wadesboro, NC 28170

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting North Rowan Cavaliers football squad scored a good 38-28 victory over the Anson Bearcats.

In their next game, the Cavaliers clash with the T.W. Andrews Red Raiders (High Point, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 8. North Rowan will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Red Raiders enter the match with a 2-1 record after their 25-6 non-league loss to Thomasville (Thomasville, NC).

The Bearcats (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Albemarle (Albemarle, NC). The Bulldogs enter the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Albemarle dropped by West Stanly (Oakboro, NC), 20-12, in a non-league match.
