Michigan High School Football - Armada held off by Yale

September 2, 2023: Yale, MI 48097

In Saturday's league game, the Yale Bulldogs (Yale, MI) football team got by the visiting Armada Tigers (Armada, MI), by a score of 24-20.

The Bulldogs (3-0) will now prepare for their game against North Branch (North Branch, MI). The Broncos come into the Blue Water Area game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, North Branch nipped Imlay City (Imlay City, MI), 52-7, in a league game.

The Tigers now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Croswell-Lexington for a Blue Water Area game on Friday, September 8. Armada will battle a Pioneers team coming off a 29-10 league win over Richmond (Richmond, MI). The Pioneers record now stands at 2-0.
