Oklahoma High School Football - Atoka held off by Ringling

In Friday's non-league game, the Ringling Blue Devils (Ringling, OK) football team tipped the visiting Atoka Wampus Cats (Atoka, OK), by a final score of 15-12.

The Blue Devils (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Marietta (Marietta, OK). The Indians come into the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Marietta was tipped by Hinton (Hinton, OK), 37-0, in a non-league game.

The Wampus Cats now hold a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lindsay for a non-league game on Friday, September 8. Atoka will battle a Leopards team coming off a 30-0 non-league win over Dibble (Dibble, OK). The Leopards record now stands at 1-1.
