The Pike Liberal Arts Patriots football team (Troy, AL), was ripped 38-6 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Bayside Academy Admirals (Daphne, AL)

The Admirals (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Michael Catholic (Fairhope, AL). The Cardinals come into the 4A Region 1 challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, St. Michael Catholic trounced Chickasaw (Chickasaw, AL), 49-18, in a non-league challenge.

The Patriots now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Port St. Joe for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 15.
