    September 1, 2023: Charleston, WV 25311

    In Friday's league match, the visiting Hurricane Redskins football squad scored a big 93-7 victory over the Capital Cougars.

    In their next game, the Redskins clash with the George Washington Patriots (Charleston, WV) in a Mountain State match, on Friday, September 8. Hurricane will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Patriots enter the match with a 0-2 record after their 42-21 non-league loss to Blazer (Ashland, KY).

    The Cougars (0-2) will now prepare for their match against St. Albans (St. Albans, WV). The Red Dragons enter the Mountain State match with a 0-2 record.
