Washington High School Football - Cascade knocked off by Marysville Getchell

Marysville Getchell (Marysville, WA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they saw their football team top the visiting Cascade Bruins (Everett, WA), 25-14 in a non-league game.

The (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Arlington (Arlington, WA). The Eagles come into the 3A Wesco - North game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Arlington knocked off Kamiak (Mukilteo, WA), 46-8, in a non-league game.

The Bruins now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newport - Bellevue for a non-league game on Friday, September 8. Cascade will battle a Knights team coming off a 51-7 non-league win over Nathan Hale (Seattle, WA). The Knights record now stands at 1-0.
