In Friday's league game, the Mesick Bulldogs (Mesick, MI) football team knocked off the visiting Catholic Central Sabers (Manistee, MI), by a final score of 30-22.
The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Marion (Marion, MI). The Eagles come into the West Michigan (8 Man) game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Marion toppled Bear Lake (Bear Lake, MI), 66-0, in a league game.
