Mississippi High School Football - Kirk Academy knocks off Central Holmes Christian

The Kirk Academy Raiders football squad scored 22 points and limited the visiting Central Holmes Christian Trojans to 8 in the Raiders non-league win on Friday.

The Raiders now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Lee Academy for a MAIS 4A District 1 battle on Friday, September 8. Kirk Academy will play a Colts squad coming off a 49-18 non-league loss to Magnolia Heights (Senatobia, MS). The Colts record now stands at 1-2.

Coming up next, the Trojans play the Greenville Christian Saints (Greenville, MS) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 8. Central Holmes Christian will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Saints go into the battle with a 1-1 record after their 45-0 non-league loss to Holmes County Central (Lexington, MS).
