Central Texas Christian Lions (Temple, TX) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the visiting Shelton Chargers (Dallas, TX), 53-14 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Central Texas Christian improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Milano (Milano, TX) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, September 8. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-0. Milano won 63-6 in their recent non-league test against Reicher Catholic (Waco, TX)

With the loss, Shelton drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to UME Preparatory Academy (Dallas, TX) to battle the EAGLES in a non-league test on Friday, September 8. The EAGLES come into the test with a record of 0-2. UME Preparatory Academy lost 20-12 in their recent league test against Newman International Academy (Arlington, TX)
