Clear Lake Cardinals (Lakeport, CA) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team rout the visiting Pierce Bears (Arbuckle, CA), 42-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Clear Lake improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cardinals host Upper Lake (Upper Lake, CA) to confront the Cougars in a North Central I test on Friday, September 8. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 0-1. Upper Lake lost 40-18 in their recent non-league test against Terra Linda (San Rafael, CA)

With the loss, Pierce moves to 1-1 on the season. The Bears host Williams (Williams, CA) to confront the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Friday, September 8. The Yellowjackets go into the test with a record of 1-1. Williams won 21-19 in their recent non-league test against Durham (Durham, CA)
