The Edwards Tigers football team (Ruleville, MS), was ripped 46-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Gentry Rams (Indianola, MS)
The Rams (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Humphreys County (Belzoni, MS). The Cowboys come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Humphreys County trounced South Delta (Rolling Fork, MS), 28-6, in a non-league challenge.
The Tigers now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Simmons for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 8. Edwards will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Leflore County (Itta Bena, MS). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-0.
