Maryland High School Football - Friendly trounces Pikesville

September 1, 2023: Fort Washington, MD 20744

In Friday's non-league match, the host Friendly Patriots football squad scored a big 49-0 victory over the Pikesville Panthers.

In their next game, the Patriots clash with the Fairmont Heights Hornets (Capitol Heights, MD) in a Prince George's County 2A/1A match, on Friday, September 8. Friendly will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Hornets enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 42-2 league loss to Gwynn Park (Brandywine, MD).

The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Woodlawn (Baltimore, MD). The Warriors enter the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Woodlawn was crushed by Parkville (Baltimore, MD), 19-8, in a non-league match.
