The Nash Central Bulldogs football squad scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Goldsboro Cougars to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Friday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Beddingfield for a non-league battle on Friday, September 8. Nash Central will play a Bruins squad coming off a 14-6 non-league win over Greene Central (Snow Hill, NC). The Bruins record now stands at 1-2.

Coming up next, the Cougars play the Southwest Onslow Stallions (Jacksonville, NC) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 8. Goldsboro will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record.
