Kentucky High School Football - McLean County succumbs to Grayson County

The Grayson County Cougars thwarted the visiting McLean County Cougars football team by a count of 27-8 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Grayson County upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Cougars host Butler County (Morgantown, KY) to encounter the Bears in a non-league outing on Friday, September 8. The Bears go into the outing with a record of 1-2. Butler County lost 40-26 in their recent non-league outing against Warren Central (Bowling Green, KY)

With the loss, McLean County moves to 2-1 on the season. The Cougars travel to Hancock County (Lewisport, KY) to confront the Hornets in a 3A District 1 test on Friday, September 8. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 3-0. Hancock County won 37-0 in their recent non-league test against Ohio County (Hartford, KY)
