The Pisgah Bears (Canton, NC) football defeated the visiting Hampton Bulldogs (Hampton, TN), 42-14 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Bears face the Hayesville Yellowjackets (Hayesville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 8. Pisgah will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the bout with a 3-0 record after their 49-27 non-league win over Georgia Force Christian (Sugar Hill, GA).
The Bulldogs (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Happy Valley (Elizabethton, TN). The Warriors enter the 2A Region 1 bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Happy Valley was toppled by Unicoi County (Erwin, TN), 37-6, in a non-league bout.
