The Linden-McKinley Panthers football team (Columbus, OH), was beaten 26-12 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Maple Heights Mustangs (Maple Heights, OH)
The Mustangs (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Riverside (Painesville, OH). The Beavers come into the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Riverside achieved victory over Mentor (Mentor, OH), 34-31, in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Northland for a Columbus City - North challenge on Friday, September 8. Linden-McKinley will meet a Vikings team coming off a 37-17 non-league win over Carroll (Dayton, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 2-1.
