    The Madison Mohawks football squad scored 38 points and restricted the visiting Troy Christian Eagles to 7 in the Mohawks non-league victory on Friday.

    The Mohawks now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northeastern for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 2. Madison will play a Jets squad coming off a 41-8 league win over Catholic Central (Springfield, OH). The Jets record now stands at 2-1.

    Coming up next, the Eagles play the Covington Buccs (Covington, OH) in a Three Rivers battle, on Friday, September 8. Troy Christian will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Buccs enter the battle with a 0-3 record after their 48-0 non-league loss to Fort Loramie (Fort Loramie, OH).
